Resort & Spa Moorea This hotel, previously known as the
Beachcomber, provides guests with a choice
of deluxe rooms or bungalows. All have
been recently renovated and are equipped
with air conditioning.
There
are 48 lanai rooms within the resort's
main building, each comfortable and spacious
in size. The resort also has garden and
beach bungalow suites that sit on an amazing
white sand beach near the lagoon. These
bungalows provide spacious floor plans,
with separate lounge areas. Intercontinental
Moorea also offers overwater bungalows,
the largest of the bungalows, measuring
at a very spacious 452 sq ft. From the
private terrace, guests have direct access
to the lagoon.
The resort has two restaurants, the casual
pool side Fare Hana, and fine dining at
the Fare Nui Restaurant, serving both
local and French cuisine. The Fare Hana
provides continuous service in an informal
environment, while the Fare Nui offers
gourmet breakfast and dinner. Guests can
also experience two unique features of
the resort, the Moorea Dolphin Center
and the Turtle Care Center.
Helena Spa is tucked away in a private
area of the resort grounds, and has been
rated one of the best spas in the world
by Marie-Claire, Elle, Figaro Magazine
and Great Spa Escapes magazines. Helene
offers treatments and massage therapies
that are based on fresh plants, flowers
and the fruits of Tahiti.
